The Senate on Thursday kicked off its marathon plenary deliberations on the 2026 General Appropriations Bill, which contains the proposed P6.783-trillion national budget for next year.
The deliberations began with the budgets for the Department of Budget and Management, the Department of Finance, and the Department of Economic Planning and Development, along with their attached agencies.
