The center of Uwan was last spotted at 1 p.m. around 135 kilometers north-northwest of Virac, Catanduanes or 100 kilometers northeast of Daet, Camarines Norte, moving at a speed of 30 kilometers per hour (kph), Pagasa added.
Pagasa also recorded that Uwan is packing maximum sustained winds of 185 kph, and gusts of up to 230 kph.
